Definition of needs and scoping: our teams familiarize themselves with your environment and business specificities, in order to diagnose the needs of your organization and your activity.
Service implementation: a tool to manage anomalies and a telephone helpline are made available to you in order to deal effectively with the various incidents or anomalies encountered.
Organization of monitoring: regular committee meetings to evaluate the services, and to anticipate any deterioration in quality of service.
